YEE is diagnosed with amnesia results from psychological cause after WAH’s death. She recognizes HING wrongly as WAH. HING orders his servants to keep WAH’s death hidden from his mother. TAK visits YEE. She starts to feel sympathy for her and attempts to bring her home, but is finally forced to leave alone by HING. KEI lends CHING money to pay HING back. For fear that CHING will not contact him any longer thereafter, HING tells her about his mother’s sickness. While HING is away, KAM attempts to talk to CHING privately and ask her to take YEE leaving. Shortly afterwards, YEE is brought to TAK’s home secretly by CHING, but HING appears to take her away. CHING is so despaired of him. Tsui Hei Lau is forced to close after its business license is withdrawn by the restaurant union, all the staff now become jobless.
