Ganapat Rao is forced to return people's money after the play gets cancelled. Kulkarni is relieved seeing Ganapat Rao suffer. Kulkarni humiliates Ganapat Rao further by asking him to sing a lullaby at his house. Meanwhile, Champa's father falls sick and is taken to Sai for treatment.
