After many attempts of trying to take over the world failing, Simon and Cad are out of ideas. However, they spot voting posters all over the place, and that gives Simon the idea to run for dictator so people have to do what he says. He replaces all the posters with himself and goes over to houses trying to get people to vote for him, but they don't want to because of how wicked he is. Simon decides that him and Cad will vote for himself.
