Simon sets out to lure Underdog so that he can try his Forget-Me-Net on him. First he robs a jewelry store, encouraging the people to call for Underdog. However, our hero is detained fighting a typhoon halfway around the world. Next, Simon holds up a toy store, but again Underdog is busy fighting off pirates. Finally, Simon goes to the television station where Sweet Polly Purebred is finishing her show. He captures her and unless Underdog comes, she will not be seen again.
