Quito is looking to expand his organization by teaming with Benny Li (guest star Stephen Chang). Elsewhere, unknown to the team, Carlos Cortez (Steven Bauer) is released from prison and the incarcerated ""Sonny"" Walker (William Forsythe) plots his own return.
