SUM takes back the unit next-door and KEUNG proposes to rent the flat. After hearing about the rent, KEUNG withdraws his thought. SUM has a video dialogue with SAI and SAI indicates that he will be back to HK to develop his career. SUM therefore decides to keep the flat for SAI till he is back to live in HK.
