SHUN orders FAI to fix the road which requires at least three years to finish so as to make YUE believe that BONG can never come out soon. SHUN’s idea is to divert the three Qin Kings’ attention so that BONG can leave with his soldiers along some dirt tracks. CHEUNG HON is surrounded by BONG’s army, which is under SHUN’s order.
