Emma discusses her own experience of living with anxiety when she meets Clinical Psychologist, Dr Fatoumata Jatta and discovers that her anxieties will have come at a cost but also had a positive impact in her life. Meanwhile, Matt is reunited psychotherapist, Owen O’Kane who worked with him to help him understand the deeper emotional issues that underpinned his battle with addiction.
