In a near future, Sweden’s most vulnerable areas are walled off and governed by special laws. When the Minister of the Interior is abducted in the largest area, Paradis City, SÄPO agent Fredrika enlists Emir, an ex-MMA fighter facing life in prison. His mission: infiltrate Paradis City and find the minister, or lose his chance to see his daughter again.

Officer Fredrika, blamed for the failure, seeks redemption by enlisting Emir, an ex-MMA fighter and criminal. During the rescue attempt, a tunnel collapses, trapping them beneath the rubble.

Fredrika finds Emir, convincing him to help her. With Emir’s friend Isak, they track Rörelsen, but Isak is shot. After treating him, Emir and Fredrika are ambushed and taken captive by Rörelsen.

Meanwhile, Nova finds Masen dead.
