Alison and Rafe go to the barn and meet two young runaway friends, who don't want to be separated. A sympathetic Rafe and Alison offer sage advice, knowing they're in the same situation. Rafe carves his and Ali's names on a post in the barn and then Ali asks Rafe to marry her.
