SHAN wonders why FUNG has to take risk to help TUNG. FUNG explains that he feels so guilty for making TUNG suffer and that he really wants to make it up to her. TUNG leaves a suicide note and tries to take her life. She is rescued but remains in a vegetative state. FUNG has strong feelings of guilt and decides to go overseas to look for those world-renowned brain surgeons so that TUNG may have a chance to recover. SHAN is going to meet a very important client and is therefore under tremendous stress. FUNG understands her situation and promises to help her out. Being tormented by a nightmare, SHAN cannot concentrate while driving and almost runs over a guy called AU MAN WAI. At the recruitment fair, SHAN sees WAI who comes to apply for the post of Sales Executive.
