Blackout: On a stormy winter's night, the city experiences a blackout. Annie and Tubby are visiting Lulu when the lights go out, and find themselves having to spend the night. Lulu and Annie take this oppertunity to have fun with the lights out, while Tubby dreads having no TV and a cold supper. Lulu and Annie pretend to be mediums, and tell Tubby that the evil spirits are after him. When Mr. Moppet returns, he trips into the snowman, and when he knocks on the door, Tubby thinks its the evil spirit after him. Mr. Moppet is then warms up with blankets, and a bucket of warm soapy water to soak his feet in. The lights come back on, and Tubby is excited to have the TV back. But Lulu and Annie want to continue to have a blackout, so Mr. and Mrs. Moppet have a pretend blackout.
